Our quality management system is accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 certification with the distinctiveness of being the first Spanish translation company to obtain the UNE-EN 15038 certification, specifically for translation services.

At the end of 2006 the company began to implement its VGM-WordMetrix-100® metric, specifically designed to guarantee maximum quality and reliability indexes in chemical-pharmaceutical and patent translations. The metric was finally introduced in the last quarter of 2007, confirming that the company is the only one in the sector in Spain which can guarantee a quantifiable level of quality through an index.

The Vivanco & García group currently has 40 employees of eleven different nationalities on staff in its Madrid, Peru and China offices as wells as a network of over 100 collaborators worldwide.

Besides working with well known IP agents, the company is a qualified provider for a number of industrial and chemical-pharmaceutical companies, having surpassed highly demanding audits and quality tests. Our foreign customers are from Germany, Canada, China, Denmark, United States, Italy, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Sweden.
